Curriculum Consulting
for Values-Driven Organizations
Advisory work grounded in doctoral research, two decades of classroom practice, and lived experience guiding schools, nonprofits, and institutions through curriculum indigenization, community-centered program design, and movement-based pedagogy.
What Guides the Work
Research-Rooted
Research is rooted in Indigenous methodologies—relational, land-based, and grounded in community wellbeing. Knowledge is drawn from lived experience, ceremony, land, and scholarship alike, honoring multiple ways of knowing.
Community-Grounded
Indigenous knowledge systems and local community contexts shape every framework. Approaches are co-created, not imposed — adapted to the histories, resources, and relationships each organization brings.
Built to Sustain
The work grows beyond initial inquiry. Relationships, practices, and frameworks become woven into the community's ongoing story.
Two Ways to Work Together
Every engagement begins with relationship. Whether you're seeking a focused strategic inquiry or a sustained partnership, the work is shaped by your organization's context, community, and readiness. Pricing reflects the value of the transformation—not hours logged—and is determined collaboratively after an initial conversation. Organizations operating on grants or constrained budgets are warmly invited to discuss what's possible.

The Engagement Process
Inquiry
The intake form below is completed. A brief summary of organizational context and current challenge is provided.
Review
Submissions are reviewed personally. If alignment exists, a brief introductory call is scheduled.
Proposal
A tailored engagement plan is drafted with clear scope, shared goals, and value-based pricing.
Invitation
If both parties confirm fit, the engagement begins. Only a limited number are accepted each year.
What Changes
Organizations leave with curriculum frameworks that reflect their stated values in practice—not on paper alone. Leaders gain language for decisions they were already struggling to articulate. Staff walk away with tools that survive leadership transitions.
Client reflections will be shared here as partnerships conclude and permission is granted.
Limited Engagements
A maximum of 4 organizational engagements per year are taken. This ensures depth, attention, and sustained partnership.
